Returns & Exchange Policy

Easy Returns: Initiate a return within 30 days of delivery to receive a refund.*

Return Shipping: A $250 return shipping fee applies for all massage chair returns.

Terms & Conditions

 

By purchasing from Massage Chair Heaven, customers agree to the following terms:

 

  • Exchange Benefit: To support your journey to ultimate relaxation, if you choose to exchange your chair for a different model of equal or greater value, the $250 return shipping fee may be waived. Additionally, while standard restocking fees may apply, they are often significantly lower or sometimes completely waived for exchanges at our discretion.

  • Non-Refundable Costs: Initial White Glove Delivery fees, commercial use warranties, and specialized financing processing fees (10%) are non-refundable. These represent services already rendered or third-party costs incurred at the time of purchase. Extended Warranties remain refundable.

  • Cancellations: Orders canceled more than 24 hours after placement but prior to shipment are subject to a 3% administrative fee. Orders canceled after the item has physically departed our warehouse will be treated as a return and are subject to restocking fees and non-refundable shipping costs.

  • Packaging: Customers must pack the chair in its original material for returns. Any associated costs for repacking are the customer's responsibility.

  • Exchanges: Chair exchanges involve disassembling and repackaging. Price differences between models will be credited or billed accordingly.

  • Process: Refunds typically take up to 2 weeks to reflect on your statement.

 

Product Guarantee & Damages

 

Inspect your product immediately upon arrival. Report any damages within 7 days with proof (photos/videos) to Info@massagechairheaven.com. We will coordinate the return and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Product Condition

 

Products must be in original packaging and near-new condition. Discrepancies may result in a rejected return. If a return is deemed unfit, you may pay for reshipment or collaborate with support for further processing. After 14 days without a customer decision, the product will be recycled.

  • 20% Fee: Synca, Infinity, Kyota, Fujiiryoki, Ceragem, Daiwa, Human Touch, INADA, and D.Core.

  • 15% Fee: Osaki, Ogawa, Titan, Sharper Image, Luraco, and Kahuna.

  • No Returns Allowed: OHCO, Hutech Kai, Panasonic, Positive Posture and Katana.
