Can I exchange my chair for a different model?

What's not refundable?

If you paid for White Glove Delivery, we can't refund that since the service has already been provided. Commercial warranties and an 8% fee on financed orders aren't refundable either, but everything else is refundable during your 30-day trial.

Are extended warranties refundable? 

Yes, if you bought an extended warranty for home use and you return the chair within 30 days, you'll get your warranty money back.

How long do refunds take?

It can take up to two weeks to process the refund. Also, the exact time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order, but timing matters. If you cancel within 24 hours of ordering, there’s no fee at all. After 24 hours, you’ll have to pay a 3% cancellation fee. 

What if my chair is already shipped and I want to cancel?

If we've already shipped your chair, you can’t cancel anymore. Instead, you’d need to return it under the regular return policy, which means paying the $250 return shipping fee and any restocking fees that apply.

For chairs we have in stock, plan on about 12-14 business days from when you order, which is about 2-3 weeks. If you add White Glove Delivery, add another week. If the chair you want is out of stock, we'll tell you when to expect it.

What's your standard delivery method?

With regular delivery, the shipping company brings your chair in factory boxes to your carport or front door area. They'll help get the boxes off the truck, but then it's up to you to get them inside and put the chair together. The boxes are heavy (like 80-200 pounds each), so definitely grab a friend to help!

Do I need to be home for delivery?

Yes, someone needs to be there to accept the delivery. These chairs are valuable, and we want to make sure they get into your hands safely. The delivery company usually calls ahead to let you know when they're coming, so you can plan to be home that day.

Will the delivery company bring it upstairs?

Not with standard delivery, but you can add White Glove Delivery for that service. They will carry it wherever you want it, unpack everything, and even assemble it for you.

What is White Glove Delivery?

It’s the delivery AND installation of your massage chair to whatever room you want (even upstairs). It’s pretty much the VIP treatment you deserve.

How much longer does White Glove Delivery take?

About a week extra compared to regular delivery because the White Glove team has to coordinate schedules and appointments in your area. The extra week of waiting is worth it for the convenience. Plus, they'll call to schedule a specific day and time that works for you.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

No, these chairs are too big and heavy for PO Box delivery. The team needs an actual street address where a big truck can pull up.

What if my chair won't fit through my door?

Before you order, grab a measuring tape and check your doorways, hallways, and any stairs. We list all the chair dimensions on the product pages, so you can verify the fit before you buy. Usually, chairs can be tilted or angled to fit through standard doors.

How will I know when my order ships?

You'll get an email within 24 hours of the chair leaving the warehouse with tracking info so you can watch its journey to your house (or business). Once the chair arrives at your local terminal, the carrier will call you directly to schedule a delivery date and time window that works for you. This ensures you're home to inspect and sign for your new chair.

What happens if an item is out of stock?

If your item is unavailable or on backorder, we won't charge your card. We’ll cancel the pending charge and email you to let you know what's going on. But if your item is ready to ship right away (usually within 5 business days), we'll process your payment and get your order on its way. We’ll always keep you in the loop via email either way.

Is assembly difficult?

Not at all! Most people can assemble their chair in 30-90 minutes. It’s pretty straightforward—mostly just connecting a few parts, and the instructions are easy to follow. 

What tools do I need for assembly?

None. Everything you need to put the chair together comes in the box. Most chairs even include tools like hex keys or small wrenches, and air hoses and power cables are color-coded so you don’t mix them up. You open the box, follow the step-by-step instructions, and enjoy your massage chair in no time.

Will my chair come fully assembled?

With standard shipping, you have to assemble the chair yourself. But if you opt for White Glove Delivery, professionals will put everything together for you.

Should I save the packaging?

Yes! Keep all the boxes and foam for at least 30 days (that's your trial period). If you need to return or exchange your chair, it makes it easier and protects the chair during shipping. We know it takes up space, but maybe flatten the boxes and place them in the garage for a month. After your 30 days, you can toss them.

Where should I place my massage chair?

Choose a spot where the chair can lean back without hitting the wall. Usually, you need about 3-4 feet of space behind it. Some newer chairs need way less space. You’ll also need it near an electrical outlet. 

Can I assemble the chair by myself?

It's possible, but because the boxes are heavy, it's much easier and faster to have someone hold the pieces together while you connect them. It’s also safer—you don’t want to hurt yourself or drop something expensive.

What if something breaks during assembly?

Inspect the product once it arrives, and if you notice any damage, report it within 7 days with photos or videos to Info@massagechairheaven.com. Don’t try to force anything or keep going with broken parts. We'll help you get replacement parts or figure out a solution.

What's your return policy?

You get a full 30 days from delivery to try your chair and see if it’s right for you. If you’re not satisfied, you can initiate a return within that window. Please note that while we make the process simple, returns are subject to a $250 flat return shipping fee and manufacturer restocking fees (typically 15-20%). To qualify for a return, the chair must be in near-new condition and repacked in its original factory boxes.

Are there brands I can’t return?

Although most of our massage chairs fall under the 30-day window, some brands can’t be returned unless they arrive broken. These include premium brands such as Ohco, Hutech Kai, Panasonic, and Katana.

Are there restocking fees?

It depends on which brand you bought. Some brands charge restocking fees (usually 10-25% of what you paid), some don't. We'll tell you upfront, before you buy, whether there's a restocking fee, and it'll be in your order confirmation.

How much is the return shipping fee?

You have to pay $250 to cover the cost of picking up and shipping the chair back. Massage chairs are huge and heavy, so they need special freight shipping, which is expensive.

How do I initiate a return?

Email us at info@massagechairheaven.com or call 1-833-627-7245 within 30 days of getting your chair. Tell us you want to return it, and we'll provide instructions and the RMA number once it's approved.

Do I need to pack the chair myself for returns?

Yes, you'll need to disassemble and pack it in the original boxes and foam. This is why it’s so important to save that packaging.

What if I lost the original packaging?

If you already threw away the boxes, you can still return the chair, but you'll need to pack it really well in similar protective materials. If the chair gets damaged because of poor packing, that could be your responsibility.

Can I exchange my chair for a different model?

Absolutely! If you decide during your 30-day trial that you’d rather have a different chair, we can swap it out. Note that you'll pay the difference if the new one costs more, or get credit back if it's cheaper (minus any fees).

What's not refundable?

If you paid for White Glove Delivery, we can't refund that since the service has already been provided. Commercial warranties and an 8% fee on financed orders aren't refundable either, but everything else is refundable during your 30-day trial.

Are extended warranties refundable? 

Yes, if you bought an extended warranty for home use and you return the chair within 30 days, you'll get your warranty money back.

How long do refunds take?

It can take up to two weeks to process the refund. Also, the exact time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order, but timing matters. If you cancel within 24 hours of ordering, there’s no fee at all. After 24 hours, you’ll have to pay a 3% cancellation fee. 

What if my chair is already shipped and I want to cancel?

If we've already shipped your chair, you can’t cancel anymore. Instead, you’d need to return it under the regular return policy, which means paying the $250 return shipping fee and any restocking fees that apply. 

Do I need to return all the accessories?

Yes, everything. The remote, power cord, manual, all the original packaging, and anything else that came with the chair. Double-check before you ship it back.

What happens if I return without authorization?

Is there a minimum time I need to keep the chair?

Nope! Your 30-day trial starts as soon as it's delivered. You could try it once and know it's not right, or use it every day for 29 days before deciding. There's no minimum—it's entirely up to you.

What does a standard warranty cover?
